Known as DELPI is one of the integrated tuna processing industries in Indonesia, located at Bitung City, North Sulawesi. Established and started commercial production and processing since 2007.
Over the past decade, DELPI has become a leading shelf-stable seafood company. It offers a wide range of canned and pouched tuna, along with other specialty seafood products marketed in the U.S., Asia, Africa, and the Middle East. Its well-known brands include Aloha®, Bona®, Al-Gemah®, Arabian Sea®, Food Island®, Darin®, and Manara®.
Our Production Expertise

Cannery (Canned Tuna Processing)
Handles the full production of canned tuna products—including cleaning, cooking, packing, sealing, and sterilizing—ensuring shelf-stable, high-quality canned tuna for global markets.
Pouched and Glass-Jarred Tuna Processing
Specializes in preparing ready-to-eat tuna products packaged in pouches and glass jars. This unit focuses on value-added items with diverse flavors and formats designed for international consumer preferences.
Frozen Precooked Tuna Loin Processing
Produces high-grade precooked tuna loins that are frozen and exported for use by other processors or brands. This unit follows strict quality and temperature-control standards to maintain freshness and texture.
Fish Meal Plant and Fish Juice Processing
Utilizes by-products from tuna processing to create fish meal and fish juice, supporting zero-waste operations. These products are typically used for animal feed, aquaculture, and other industrial applications.
Cold Storage and Ice Plant
Provides controlled-temperature storage facilities to maintain raw material and finished product quality. The ice plant ensures a steady supply of hygienic ice essential for fish handling and processing.
Can-Making Factory
Manufactures high-quality cans in-house, ensuring consistency, food safety compliance, and timely supply for DELPI’s canned tuna production lines.

Pouched Tuna

Tuna Fishmeal
Made from tuna offal material using a careful cook-dry process. High in nutrients and very good for both livestock and aquaculture feed.
Pre-Cooked Tuna Loins Frozen
Carefully cook and cleaned tuna loins, free of fish fins, skins, and spines. Our high quality frozen tuna loins are available for clients canneries materials.
Glass-Jarred Tuna
Premium tuna carefully preserved in elegant glass jars. Rich in nutrients, naturally flavorful, and ideal for customers seeking a high-quality, ready-to-enjoy tuna product.
